WOW! We let Unico Air Conditioning know about our problem (one that other AC companies couldn't help with) and it seemed like they were at our home within hours. We were seeing leaking in our interior AC unit and it was resulting in a stain on our lower level ceiling. I thought it was a ceiling leak as it was only happening in extreme rain. Oscar immediately was able to assess and fix the problem (a refrigerant leak.) It was the easiest process ever. You never know what to expect sometimes, especially since I had contacted other companies, but Unico was amazing. The technicians were extremely kind, gracious and professional. You can tell they are not only good at their job - but good people. I will definitely be using them for all my AC needs in the future. If you're in the Vero Beach/Fort Pierce area - definitely give them a call first.

Unico has great customer service, the staff is very friendly and they offer great products. It was such a breeze to have my new a/c installed. After comparing quotes and reading reviews online, I chose UNICO to replace my AC unit. Oscar (Jr) and Juan arrived on time. Oscar explained what they would be doing and they got right to work. Within four hours, everything was finished and all of the debris was cleared. (Oscar even added a piece to my drain pipe at my request so that I could pour vinegar down monthly.) I would definitely recommend this company!

But after I left them a message in google they all of a sudden called me and told me that the reason why they didn't call me is because they didn't have my number…. A complete waste of time. I wanted to let others know what a quality company Unico is. I have worked with them to maintain some older underperforming units and the Unico guys are always responsive a got the units blowing cold very quickly. Eventually when it was time to replace them, Oscar worked with me and provided options at different price points and efficiency ratings. We chose to go with more efficient units at a lower price then what other vendor was quoting with less efficiency and less warrantee term. The new equipment only took a few days to arrive and as expected the Unico team removed the old equipment and had everything installed, cleaned up and working great within a few hours. My electric bill went down significantly with the new high efficient units. I highly recommend this company.

Unico Air Conditioning installed a mini-split in the back room of our house and did a full maintenance of our existing HVAC system. Their entire crew was professional, clean, and fast. The mini-split works great and makes a huge difference! They were great to work with, from scheduling to installation. How do I start, I called Unico Air Conditioning and they respond to my cry for help within the first Hr. That's quicker than Jimmy Jones. A very well Skilled technician came out and knew what exactly to do. He was professional and efficient he had my problem solved within the first 15min. WOW! not only did they show up quick but they had the problem solved faster than they showed up. I believe his name was Jr. This is the first time I used this company, sea coast has be my go to, I some how contact them instead and let me tell you I don't regret my error they are far more affordable and efficient than any company i've here on Hutchison Island. Unico answered the call for help immediately. Our AC went out and they were there first thing in the morning. They were able to put a bandaid on it so we could be comfortable. We needed a new unit. This helped while waiting for the new unit the over the next 2 days. We knew the unit was old and on its last legs. We were already expecting to replace it a little later in the year. Well plans changed and Oscar came out with a new unit 2 days later. He was there when he said he would be. He is very respectfull, and professional. They did a great job on the install. They took all trash with them and you never knew they were there, except for the shiny new unit blowing ice cold air! I now have them here to perform annual maintenance. Once again Oscar was on time and got right to work. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail. He treats your home like it is a castle. Units looks great, cleaned, lubed, and drains cleaned. Ready for another year of service. Unico is a very professional, responsible, respectful company that should be around for many more years to come. They respond quickly. Last week I called this company to please come and help me at a specific time for a 90-year-old client that I have. They showed up promptly on the same day and we're even early to come and assist my patient with her air conditioning system. We recently changed out a 13 year old unit with the professionals from Unico they responded to our call very promptly they offered competitive pricing and were able to schedule the new install immediately. We also needed to have our ducts cleaned a additional duct and new return added. Unico was able to install the new duct and even customize the color of the new vent to match my scheme.
